The NGO organized a Letter Writing Competition under the
banner of the Dear Generation Delta Movement from the15th of
November,2020 till the 28th of November 2020. The students
varied from classes 9th to 12th ......

As voracious consumers of fashion, we're quick in purchasing clothes that catch our fancy, and equally swift in discarding them. These synthetic cloth materials once discarded are dumped into landfills and unlike the image we might conjure in our minds, these materials do not disintegrate immediately into nutritious soil.

Although the current world is in a state of absolute chaos, we still have a chance to fix it for ourselves, and for our future Generation Delta. The “Dear Generation Delta” movement founded by the SAATHI NGO primarily aims at achieving the goal of sustainability in all dimensions of life. By becoming an Ambassador of the “Dear Generation Delta” movement, one is bestowed upon with the extreme privilege of representing and leading forward the Gen Z community.

On the 5th of January, our Director of Projects, Miss Sanya Goyal visited the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. As a true and diligent supporter of the movement “Dear Generation Delta”, she gave immense meaning to this recreational trip. She enthusiastically volunteered to be a part of a rigorous beach cleaning exercise at Beach no.2, GP Beodnabad.

A new year comes with new hopes and new opportunities to put a smile on someone else’s
face. Keeping this in mind, nine members of the SAATHI NGO planned to spend a day interacting with their young friends at the Jyoti Sarup Kanya Asra in Mohali, Punjab. We chose this site
specifically since the Jyoti Sarup NGO works for the betterment and upliftment of girls who are
deprived of family care and protection. Currently the NGO shelters a total of 125 girls.
